I'm not thrilled with the way my neck looks, so I ordered some chokers to hopefully, disguise the dreaded sag........Smiley Surprised

 Wish me luck

Aging is better than the alternative. Be proud of yourself just as you are.

I say this as someone who inherited Mom's saggy neck and jowls. It took me a while to accept it. One day I got up and decided I'm just fine the way I am and if others don't like it, they don't have to look.

Getting older isn't for sissies.

It's my neck...not my face that is a "give-a-way" to my age. While it's not the favorite part of me, at this point, I feel lucky to even be here. While I'm still not used to it and can't say I love it...It's good to know that God isn't finished with me quite yet!

Fine, but you wear jewelry, don't you? So what's wrong with putting that jewelry around your neck? Killing two birds with one stone!

Sometimes I feel wearing jewelry pieces close to the neck only draws more attention to that area.  Mine isn't too bad yet but I see it declining Smiley Sad

@LindaSal

I agree. It's much better to wear an 18"/20", to draw the eyes to a more favorable area.

@BoopOMatic @KingstonMom @LindaSal

  Linda Sal and KingstonMom, I agree that chokers just draw attention to an area that we don't want to highlight, when we lose neck and jaw firmness.

  Chokers were something that I wore when I was younger and everything was firm, including my jawline.

  When we lose that firmness of youth, longer necklaces  are much more flattering and do draw attention away from the neck and jaw area.

I disagree.

Barbra Streisand is good at this.
