Hello Beauties!
Any feedback on the personal microderm system that was recently on TSV?

Microderm System by Trophy...sounded great, watched the show thoroughly and taped it too, so I think it might work, BUT super disappointed that on TV they said it would SHIP 4.30.18 and 9 days later has NOT. Oh no- there goes Mothers Day gift! Won't arrive for three weeks after its shipped? and 43 days after ordered? No supervisor was able to give any info either? this doesn't seem correct does it?.. I have been with QVC for decades, this isn't normal for sure. Kinda shocked and sad by a CS-supervisors who was annoyed it escalted to him, then said No one knows anything, corporate won't know anything.. Does this sound like QVC? I'm shocked, sad and wondering what happened there?

@wby- What bothers me here is the supervisor that was annoyed that you were escalated to him. There's no excuse for an employee getting an attitude with a customer - especially a supervisor. Those calls are probably recorded and perhaps you should write a letter to corporate about how you were treated on the phone. That bothers me more than the product being shipped late!

Hi @Merciful One! I ordered mine when it was the TSV and received it promptly. Not sure why anyone else who ordered it when I did hasn't received theirs yet. I used it as soon as I got it. It's very easy to use. I was expecting to see a lot of flaky skin, old makeup, and general "gunk" like the models showed on TV, but I had hardly anything. I know I used it correctly because I watched the demo four or five times. Maybe the Purity Made Simple works very well or maybe I exfoliated the day before, who knows. I will be keeping the unit (thanks, Easy Pay) but will still get a professional facial every few months. Sssh, don't tell hubby. I'm going to be checking this thread tomorrow to see if anyone else reviews.

I received the Trophy Microderm Sustem a few days after it was presented as a TSV. The first time I used it on cleansed skin using the sensitive mode. There seems to be a learning curve to using this - you need to hold the skin you are working on taut in order to make the machine move smoothly. I did not see a lot of gunk after the first use, but my skin felt baby soft. The next three times I used it I set it for normal mode - there was a lot more gunk on the filter using this suction level. Again, skin feels baby soft and night products seem to soak in better. I haven't seen any changes in firmness or wrinkles yet, but skin looks healthy and radiant after. You are only supposed to use it 2-3 times a week. I kept my boxes so I so I can return in 90 days if I choose due to the extended return policy. I would love to hear feed back from others.
