Isn't that interesting. Of course, my first response to any change is "money/profit" Are ceramides costly? Doesn't Dr. Denese tout them in her products?

ETA: Kind of looks like me, though. Thin upper lip, receding hairline -- pre-jowls, though. {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

You're welcome, Maren.

MidNight - You're welcome. Tria may have reformulated, shipped the new serum to Sephora and simply not updated their own website, yet. I used their serum for the first time a couple of nights ago and my skin reacted negatively to it. And yes, ceramides are good.

Snowball, I get a little pink but I don't get red. As a matter of fact I do my treatments in the morning and then go out. Now, although I don't get red, I do feel that my face is hot. (I actually like the feeling). Does your face feel hot or at least warm when you finish?

baby 2, Yes my face feels hot while I am doing it. But by the end, I don't know if I am just used to it, but it feels less hot. I too can do it in the morning and then go out, in fact I did twice this week.

My face feels hot, some nights more so than others. I never thought of getting this done in the AM - are you both putting makeup on after?

Krissie, I called Tria CS when I first received the Tria because I knew I would not be able to do the treatment at night and that mornings would fit better in my schedule. I first spoke to a young man who said there was no problem doing it in the morning. When I asked how long I should wait to apply my serums and lotions, he didn't seem to know because he hesitated before answering. He then said something like, "Oh, maybe a couple of hours".

Since a couple of hours wasn't going to work for me. I called back and spoke to a young lady who seemed to know more. She told me that her supervisor had done a training with them. The supervisor did the laser on her own face so they could see how it was done. She said her supervisor didn't wait long before putting on her lotions and a full face of makeup. When I asked how long, she said "15-20 minutes". She said they were having a discussion about the treatment and her supervisor told them she was just waiting for some of the redness to go away so she wouldn't irritate the skin more. She also said that if a person is more red or more irritated they may have to wait longer.

I asked this young lady about what products I can use and which I should avoid. She said Tria was designed to be used with our regular skin care but that everyone is different; and, that I can use anything that is not irritating my skin further. I asked about exfoliating. She said a mild exfoliation is fine but I might want to avoid microdermabrasion.

Hope this helps. {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

UPDATE: I took Monday night off from my treatments, because my face was still very red. By last evening, the redness had subsided, so I did a full treatment on L3. This morning I just have a little redness on each side of my face beside my ear and a little festoon has popped up on the top of my right cheek.
