Tria Replacement

So excited about receiving my replacement Tria Laser, but I just don't think it is strong as the laser I sent back. I feel like I am only doing level 1. Disappointed to say the least.

I agree very disappointing and i am so sorry!...I have decided to return mine for a refund.Just to much trouble and worrisome!

Well I received my new replacement and it is a lot stronger than the old one. I just hope it stays this way!!

ASLTW, please call them back and get another replacement. This shouldn't be happening!!!!! It makes me so mad and I feel so bad for you. I am hoping that the new one I received stays the way it is with no problems.

That must be a huge disappointment and I am really sorry your replacement seems to be a dud. I hope you will notify them and request another replacement as you should not have to settle. I can imagine this is becoming very wearying on you and I feel badly for you about that. You certainly deserve a fully functioning Tria and nothing less.
