I agree in theory to prevent something is better than having to "fix" it once it's occurred. When I tried Retin-A in my 20's I didn't see any change, but there was nothing TO change!

And I agree about the chargers. They've been getting complaints and having to send out new ones since they first introduced this. My CS rep said that they're "on top of it" but apparently we got the last of the old stock and they were just hoping for the best? Aggravating!
