I just wanted to provide an update about my experience during the 4 week recovery period of the Tria (I just started week 3). My skin looks super good right now. There's been a reduction in my brown spots, my skin is smooth, feels/looks very hydrated (except under eye area), less redness and their is a little firmness. To me, it looks more refreshed and youthful. I work in sales and call on clients all day, every day. Men and women both have remarked that something looks different, or I look good or asked if I've been on vacation.

I don't know if it's the Tria alone. I've been dermarolling the last several nights (I couldn't resist...I love that thing) and then treating with my Tazorac. I had mentioned earlier that my skin looked best during week 8 of the Tria treatments. Today and the last several days, it looks better than it has in the last few years.

Here's to spreading hope and encouragement to all you Tria users!

Hey, GREAT thread -- thanks so much, LuvMyBoxer!

I miss my roller -- and I have a feeling I'll miss my Tria during the 4 week rest period. :-)

How wonderful that you're getting those comments/compliments!!

Thanks so much for posting this. I had always planned on committing to the 8 weeks even though I have become very skeptical about all these devices. Hearing this from you gives me real hope that we will see something.

LMB,

Thank you for sharing your experience, I also plan on the 8/4. It is great when people share, helpful & hopeful when it is positive, especially so when you are in the recovery stage.

I am very interested in the derma rolling. Unfortunately I did not follow when the big discussions were current. So I have much to read and learn, I do have some info noted and when I take the time, I am sure i will have questions.

Now to go prepare for my evening zap.

Have a good evening

Such good news, thank you for sharing!! Something to look forward to, and on a device I will actually use.

I've been reading for quite awhile about dermarolling, including the threads here, and I'd love to try it but all the info is still overwhelming. {#emotions_dlg.crying} Hope to have it figured out by Tria break time.

Wow...my grammar in the first post...yikes! Anyway, I'm glad to be able to share some positive information about my experience. I really wouldn't want anyone to give up after a few weeks...knowing what can be accomplished. Saidthespidertothefly: I highly recommend continued research on the derma roller! I know I have an aggressive approach, but it truly is one of my all time favorite beauty tools. That's saying a lot b/c I probably have 20+ gadgets. Yes, I'm sure I have an illness/addiction. :/

No Grammar Police here. And if there are, they need to go away!

When I post, I just blurt out what's in my head, click Submit, then forget about it. Good thing there aren't any Punctuation Police, either!

I figure you'll all know my heart is in the right place. :-)
