Tri-Oral Auto-Delivery (A93168)

Hi ladies,

Has anyone been on Auto-Delivery for Tri-Oral Fresh Breath System for several years? If so, have you always been charged additional shipping and handling fees for every subsequent order after your first purchase of the product?

I recently checked one of my latest statements and noticed I've been charged for shipping and handling. I was under the impression that shipping and handling would be free after signing up for the Auto-Delivery program and paying a shipping charge one time.

I would love to hear your experiences, particularly, if you were wrongfully charged.
