Tova

I read that someone on the blogs said that they had ordered a "Tova" like fragrance from Pittsburgh Soap Works. I ordered the parfum and it was a little like Tova but was defiinitly not Tova, so anyone who think they might order this, do not, without getting a sample from them as I found out the hard way that they do refund your money, if you don't like it.
