Tova scent advice?

Hello ladies,

I am new to the Tova perfume line. I had seen it here and wanted to buy it but I read some reviews and something about a change in formula. To make a long story short I decided to search on Ebay for an older version and found it. Low and behold the perfume arrives and is the most disgusting scent I have ever come across. I thought hmmm maybe a fluke so I purchased two purse sized scents. Woudn't you know it but same thing stale pungent spoiled scent. Then I was told there was a perfume oil that was a dead ringer for the original scent. I went and got it and this was new oil... it smelled exactly like the junk off Ebay. So my question to you ladies is.... does the new Tova smell like expired pungent spoiled rancid perfume? I thought about ordering it here on QVC but heck maybe that is the way this stuff is... putrid? {#emotions_dlg.scared} I'd love your advice regarding what a bottle off qvc smells like. Thanks for listening.
