Tova's Return & Signature Story?

Hi. I'm sure this has been discussed at length in other places on the web but some of us haven't been on top of the boards. Thrilled to see Tova back on the Q but her refences to returning back to the company were vague. I liked Tova many years ago but haven't worn it for eons. What exactly happened to the formula/company? Can someone fill us in? Is she in charge of the company now? Was she not for a period? Thank you!
