I just have to rant and rave somewhere. Got my statement from FMC last week showing I did not make my December payment, WHAT, oh yes I did and I had the bank statement to prove it. Called FMC was told I had to fax in the cancelled check to resolve. Well on the back of the statement it clearly states Ford does not return checks. Spent 45 minutes at the bank getting the appropriate documentation to show Ford cashed the check. Called Ford back and yes Mrs. Code Zero Addict we do have the proper documentation to show that Ford cashed your check but we cannot correct your account until we figure out where we put your money. Until they figure that out my account is overdue and on the 17th they will notify the credit bureaus that I am 30 days past due. And yes Mrs. CZA once we resolve all of this we will notifiy the credit bureaus of the correction, yea right.
I am about to flip my lid. Hubby needs a new vehicle and we will be heading to Toyota.
