Hi @Shelbelle- I'm not familiar with TopCashBack.  I've been using Ebates for the past few years and have enjoyed getting a few dollars back.  How does TCB compare to Ebates - any idea?  I just made a small purchase today here at the Q and received 4% from Ebates.  Thanks for letting us know about TCB!

Top Cash Back works the same as all the other rebate sites, no real differences.

I use them, Ebates, Mr Rebates, Extrabux, and Be Frugal, whoever is offering the highest percentage at the time I am making a purchase.
