I use straight baking soda. It feels just like the dentist every time. I first do a baking soda scrub and when that is gone/dissolved, I put on some Ultra Brite dipped in baking soda. It is less than a dollar and works very well. I can't handle the taste of most toothpastes as they make me nauseous. The Ultra Brite is tolerable. I tired Pepsi-dent, but that stuff is horrid! I now use it to scrub bath fixtures.

Is pepsident good for cleaning bath fixtures? I'm serious - always looking for something besides Lysol tub and tile.

I use Colgate Sensitive whitening toothpaste. Because my teeth are really sensitive and it doesn't bother my teeth. It tastes MUCH better than the Crest sensitive toothpaste. That one is terrible.

I like Colgate Total gel. My teeth feel clean and breath fresh, longer than other toothpastes. It must work great because I've only had one cavity in my life, back when I was a kid! I do follow with Colgate Total mouth rinse though.

Oh wow ginabfly, I totally agree with you on the brush. We had never had sonic tooth brushes (a little late to the party ha) until I picked up the Violife 3 pak sonic brushes at HSN this Christmastime. Oh my word, I cannot believe I hadnt tried this type product before, we absolutely love the sonic brushes...

We like Pepsodent Toothpaste- it is MADE IN USA, tastes fine, works fine, and is very inexpensive.

It removes water stains. It tastes like mint pepto. YUCK! I can't handle most mint flavors, so I realize that I am picky.

tigriss, baking soda is really hard on the enamel of your teeth, it will strip it off over time.

I get whatever name brand is on sale at the food or drug store. No dollar stores for toothpaste after hearing about the fake labels and packaging!

Sensodyne extra whitening with my electronic vibrating toothbrush. And CLOSYS Mouthwash. And at bedtime, a good rinse with ACT mouthwash. Best results I have had in my whole life.
