Too Much?

I started using the Fig and Lavendar Wen Cleanser and it seems that I cannot get the product out of my hair. My hair is baby fine, I am in my 60's and it is graying. I colored my hair when I was younger but not now. However it is about half way down my back and I have no intentions of cutting it. I love the principle here however regardlesss the above of product I use I cannot rinse it out. It looks and feels oily when it is dried. Help!
