I got an email today thanking me for my order. I didn't order anything but when I read the email it was something I had on AD. I would have skipped the shipment if I had realized it was coming up. I know I only have myself to blame, I should have been more aware of what I had on AD. I'm going to go now and cancel some of them. Has this ever happened to you?

I usually keep pretty good track of my orders, but once in awhile an AD will catch me by surprise. The last time was with a Kate Somerville duo that I wasn't needing yet, but they would not let me cancel. I think they should give you a heads up with enough time to delay or cancel!

I've had one or two get by me, but I usually keep pretty good track, checking shipping dates and adding them to my calendar.

I just cancelled it. I'm really surprised that I was able to. I ended up cancelling all future shipments. It always seems that my ADs all come around the same time. I usually try to stagger the shipments so they are not all on the same billing cycle!

Normally I get an e-mail about a week to 10 days prior to an A-D being shipped reminding me. Also I keep an Excel Document with my Auto Deliveries. Column 1 is the item and Column 2 is the next ship date. That helps me keep abreast of them.
