Too Faced Matte Eye Shadow Kit Questions

I've been looking for some good matte eye shadows and this kit seems to have good reviews. If you have this kit, do you like it? And does anyone know where this kit is made? I prefer to have makeup that is made in the USA as opposed to China. Thanks in advance all!
