Please describe the colors as cool, warm, or neutral. It would help us determine our color instead of having to check Ulta/Sephora for a better description. And sometimes a better price….

We know “fairest of the fair, next is light, a little darker is the medium, then medium tan, deep, etc. etc. etc. Not helpful when trying to match skin tone.

Same! Also for blush and lip color as well. I think companies are being cheap and hope they can shoehorn us into colors hoping we’ll put up with it instead of returning.

I agree, and have always said when selling foundation you have to give more specifics about colors-not just fair, light, medium and deep.

Tarte is the worst at this, they never give much details on their shades.....They must have a lot of returns for foundation is all I can say. If I have to go to Sephora or Ulta to test the shade, I am going to purchase it from there!

I agree - the tart reps do  this all the time at warp speed.  Not helpful.

On A****n  they have that AI feature that tells you if the item has a high rate of return. I find it very instructive. It would be nice if Q/HSN adopted that technology.

I can't imagine how hard it must be buying foundation online. When I wore more makeup, I used to go into Sephora or Ulta, swatch and then buy it online. I am a cool/olive and most makeup isn't made for us.
