Tinted moisturizer

Hi all, I have sensitive skin and am in search of a tinted moisturizer. I even breakout with sunscreen. Any suggestions? I have the Tarte Amazonian clay foundation and would like to blend it with the tinted moisturizer to soften the finish. On top of having sensitive skin, I'm also starting to have dry skin as well..part of getting older I guess.
