Timepeel vs. PMD

I have been on the fence about using the PMD or other microdermabrasion gadget. I'm afraid of making my face red or taking off to my skin with the PMD. Anyways Groupon has the PMD for $89 right now. The Timepeel would cost $239. I know quite a difference in price. Has anyone used both & any thoughts? Has anyone used the Timepeel? The Timepeel uses a diamond tip vs the aluminum oxide crystal disc. TIA Just checked out Dr. Dense machine & it also uses a diamond head & has good reviews. It's $181.50. Anyone use this machine & what do you think about it?
