Thyroid/Hormones - Help a dummy

I feel like a dummy because, I have read books on Thyroid/ hormone books and also on a thyroid web site.

What are the best levels for thyroid levels including TSH, t-4 t-3

I have been on Armour about 10 years and my levels are in normal range but I have thinning hair, weight gain for years and wondering if I am taking the correct dose. My doctor said everything is normal.

HELP!!!
