ITA with the OP. For me, this also applies to those headlines advertising pictures of stars without make-up. Most of them are wearing make-up--just not the over-the-top glam that they usually wear. There is a difference between no make-up and minimal make-up, yet they don't make that distinction.
QVC hosts often say something like, "This is all the model is wearing" when the model obviously has on other make-up.
