This 50 something needs to get the glow back....suggestions?

Hi, I am 54 with fairly normal skin but it seems dull. I exfoliate, do my scrubs and use good serums and moisturizers but still I see no glow. Is there a foundation, BB cream or other product that gives your face a nice healthy glow?
