Re: The bare minimum thread had me thinking...

@Shanus     Thanks for your makeup tips!  I just have a question regarding the setting spray routine. I have Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray.

You suggested taking a sponge and spraying it with the setting spray and pressing into the skin after applying foundation and setting powder.  I do not wear foundation or setting power, but I do use Nars creamy concealer in place of foundation.

Would I apply the setting spray with the sponge after the concealer, or would I apply it  after I have applied my concealer and blush?

Thanks again for all your tips!

I'm not Shanus, but I blot on setting spray as the last step of my makeup.

@curlygirl13   Bobbi Brown used to call this the "smush" after foundation. You're right, though the heat of the hands does the trick.

@sophiesofers   There are many days I don't use foundation either, but spot conceal w/ my concealer. It's the same technique of pressing it into your skin after blush or bronzer with the warmth of your hands. Then use the spray  on a sponge to really set it.

IIf I don't do the sponge, I spray after I do eye makeup, but before I put on my mascara since I don't use waterproof.

Cool!  I've never heard of this.  I'll have to give it a try.  I often use a serum foundation as well.  Which one do you use?

@Shanus  Ok, I tried this today. I was in a bit of a rush so I probably didn't do as good asi could. However, I like it! Tomorrow I will wake up on time and really take my time! Getting up at 4 am is just not my thing!

@monicakm I use Ilia serum foundation. I love it! Lite coverage that's buildable but not mask like
