The One Skin Care Item Dept. Store Lines Always Include, But Drugstore Lines, Hardly Ever

The toner. Have you noticed this? I got a CVS coupon for an Olay product, and I needed a toner. Out of all the Olay products that took up half the shelves in one aisle, I only found one, that wasn't for my skin type. Does this puzzle you too? Why don't drugstore lines include toner?
