I have to agree...kudos to the shipping dept at the Q!{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

Every kit, OTO or other 'special' I've ordered this year has arrived in no time--my SHP mousse/SC is coming today! {{happy dance Smiley Tongue}}

Like SJK said though, I've ordered other stuff and had it sent via literal snail-mail to the south, then up north to me....But long as nothing melts, all is good Smiley Happy

I ordered the SHP RTM on Saturday, and got it last night! I was surprised. My last two Wen orders have shipped really fast, though.

I got the SHP RTM today, I'm not so sure I like the smell though! I love the mousse and SC smell, but the RTM smells weird. Could mine be bad or does it just smell different?

When beauty items are delivered quickly don't be to quick to pat QVC on the back. Chances are they considered to be a ""drop ship item"" . This means that it come directly from the vendor.

I was thinking this too- perhaps these are coming from WEN directly, however based on my tracking (super slow, of course), mine is certainly coming from QVC's warehouse.
