I posted the other day stating that I received 2 of the same color of eyeliner in my BE luxury 8 pc kit. There was supposed to be a burnished mocha and a navy. I received 2 mochas! I fretted about it because I didn't want to "reorder" and "send back" kits. I also didn't want to jepordize my AD future kits by sending anything back.
So I just called CS expecting a run-around, a confusing send-this-back and receive-this-back etc...
The lady was very to the point stating she would see if the eyeliner was available as a single purchase and if so, she would just send it to me, no charge. She put me on hold and I thought it wouldn't happen because it is a fairly new item. She came back and stated that since it was new it wasn't available for single purchase but she found another eye pencil, a Big and Bright in midnight(a blue) that she would send me without sending the kit back etc...no problem, no hassle. I appreciate that!
