Temptu airbrush

I just received my Temptu airbrush. I followed all the directions and no make up is coming through just air. What is weird. I ordered the Luminous airbrush from HSN and just sent it back because of the same problem. I beginning to wonder if it's me. I am so disappointed as I have been looking forward to using the airbrush.

I took the plug out of the ipod before inserting into holder.
