Tatcha?

I thought I'd placed a large order on Tatcha's website.  I received no confirmation and have not been charged.  I've tried unsuccessfully to communicate with Tatcha via chat.  Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I have not had problems with Tatcha's website.  Why not order from Sephora?

Follow up:  I was charged and received my order plus bonus products in a timely way.  I'm still not able to get into my account on Tatcha's website, but I'm happy with my purchase.

@nzn   I do not have a following or post on FACEBOOK but I do have an account.  I have found that if there is an issue with anything I need help with, I contact that company via MESSENGER.  I have always gotten a quick, polite reply.
