I logged in to fnd out when my next shipment would be coming from the June TSV.  Mine showed it was a single shipment even though I swore I did AS.  I tried to swtich to AS in the order but it said to call CS.  

 

I did a chat and was told it was no longer available to make a switch.  I know they have the same set for sale so I was thinkng about ordering AS (even though it was a higher price) and got an OOPS page.  I then tinkered around and every one of the Tatcha AS selectons gave me the same OOPS page.  Granted, I did not try each item but seems a bit odd.

 

Anyone have any idea why AS seems to not be an option?

Try a different browser.

 

Turn your device off & on.

 

CALL CS like you were advised previously.

 

Last resort: 

Suggest you send an email to:  QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com
 

Include your ORDER NUMBER in the email.  The  MODS/Social team will sort this out for you.
