Thanks HappyDaze but did you attach something? It didn't come through. Do you get e-mail notifications about upcoming tsv's?

The first post has the Tatcha tsv information you were asking about.

@HappyDaze, I asked Tatcha a question on Facebook about the Silk Cream. I have dry skin and $185 that is for dry skin. It's called Ageless Renewal. I bought the travel size and it is great for dry skin. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up because I am sure when they present the TSV they will claim that it is for all skin types.

@Tricolor thanks for sharing that information Hopefully it will help those interested in the products make a better informed decision for their skin type! Smiley Happy

@HappyDaze, I just read my post to you and realize that I was thinking faster than I type. That was to say they have a cream for dry skin which costs $185 called Ageless Renewal. Thank you for reading between the lines.

I received a Q e-mail on Saturday announcing the Tatcha TSV for $150 on 3 easy pays so I ordered it.

This morning I discovered my charge card had been billed for $197.42 so I called Customer Service to find out why. I was charged the current Q price instead of the TSV price. I used the link in the e-mail so this should not have happened. This is the second time I have ordered a product and was charged a higher price without the easy pay.

Does this happen to anyone else or is it just me? I tried to cancel the order but it was already shipped. Fortunately CS told me to call tomorrow and they would do a price adjustment but in the meantime having almost $200 taken out of my account was a shock.

I might get the deep powder set.I love the Tatcha packaging. It is the best of all the cosmetics I ever bought. One set had 2 different cute little containers, which I use for little jars and bottles.

For those of you who use Tatcha, have you noticed a positive change in your skin?  My skin has been neglected for awhile and is starting to show its age (60's) and I would pay the $150 for the TSV if it works.  Would love to hear any stories you care to share.  Smiley Happy
