I've only seen 2 presentations and both were with Lisa. Does the vendor ever talk? She appears to freeze up as soon as she goes on and Lisa does 99.9% of the talking. All she contributs is "that's right" toward the end.

I notice Lisa checks in with her periodically and looks right at her to see if she's okay and if maybe she wants to jump in and then keeps going.

I feel bad for the woman but you would think after being on a few times she would loosen up.

I think she wants to talk more but Lisa does kind of take over-I know Lisa is excited because she loves the Tatcha products as do I but she has a tendency to get overly excited and the vendor barely gets a word in. Now Vicky may be a bit hesitant because she hasn't been on very much but she will be probably get better, I have seen a lot of new vendors get kind of shy and then after being on for a while they loosen up and start talking a bit more.......I love the Tatcha products and hope to see them bring more and more of them on QVC!!!!!!!mAYBE A Tatcha TSV!!!!!!!!

I am falling in love with Tatcha as well and a TSV would be great but after things selling out in one presentation I wonder if they could have enough stock for us Q ladies. I think she is shy and a bit overwhelmed by the reception....it makes me want to see her company succeed.

I don't mind the presentations at all, actually. And I LOVE the Cleansing Oil. Takes off MU in one step, completely gentle on my weird skin, etc. Smiley Happy

Just because she is the rep for the company doesn't mean she is a born salesperson. Give her a break, she will find her stride eventually or turn it over to someone else who might feel more comfortable. Or perhaps letting Lisa do most of the talking is the way she prefers it. Who knows but it isn't anything to fret about.

Actually, she is the Owner of Tatcha & developed all the products from a book she purchased in Japan that has the recipes for all the products! She holds an MBA from Harvard!

okay, just because she is the owner and developed the products still does not make her born spokesperson for the company, especially on tv. Smile
