I am returning PRE USED lipstick.  It came with three, two were already pumped to release product, one was not pumped. Two were soaked at the end with a huge amount of product already exposed. This is not the first time, I had to return dry  Tarte mascara . Never purchase mascara in bulk, they dry,out

@kadd That's definitely unacceptable...check to make sure you are fully refunded, including shipping.

On a side note--I have many times purchase several mascaras (enough for a year, even two) and they have never dried out.
