Tarte vs. Stila?

I'm looking for animal-testing free products. I use Clinique, but they do animal testing. I'm looking at Tarte or Stila? I recently bought IT Cosmetic Mirco-Air Brush Collection and LOVE them! I have Josie Maran products and Philosophy. I'm looking at replacing the following products.
Clinique: make-up (foundation, bronzer, and eye shadow)
Clinique: super defense (anti-aging, SPF moisturizer)

Any suggestions about which products to switch to, I'd greatly appreciate! Thanks!!
