Tarte question????

I am new Tarte customer and have started with the smooth operator tinted moisturizer. I saw on here that they are selling a smooth operator clay foundation but when I tried to research it on the Tarte web site or Sephora there was NO mention of this product.

So is this a product new to qvc or one that is only offered here???? Or is this a discontinued product??
