Tarte -- What to do?

I got the Tarte 8th Wonder TSV. In fact I ordered the fair and the light. The fair is just a tiny bit too light for me. I am thinking I could mix the fair with the light foundation. I haven't opened the light kit.

Do you think it's worth keeping both kits? I think I'd have a better foundation match this way, but I'd hate to keep the light kit just for the foundation. I have no need for an extra brush, blush, eye quad, etc. I guess I could sell the extra pieces on the bay. I have sold some things there over the years, but it would be such a hassle dealing with all those pieces. Do you think the kit -- without foundation -- would sell ok as a group? I know the professional sellers will probably buy a dozen kits and flood ebay with assorted this and that from the TSV.

Those of you who ordered the fair and the light, have you tried mixing them? Does the light have a lot of yellow?

Maybe it's better to send the unopened kit back. What do you think? I just can't decide what to do. TIA
