My color shade was fair. I don't think the color is the issue. I don't know if I'll get the palette or not. I really loved that foundation. It was perfect for when I didn't want to wear something with a little more coverage. If I just bought the pieces I wanted I would still pay a heck of a lot more than I was for that kit so I probably just won't buy any of it and say, too bad to them. I have definite issues with tarte and q right now and my purchases going forward will definitely show that. I wanted to buy the mattenificent palette from tarte too and was going to get it next week and I don't think I will get it at all now since I really don't feel like giving them any of my money right now. Oh well, means I'll probably have more money for other things. Too bad for both of them

My shade was light. Mine was canceled. I'm so beyond annoyed.

I just posted this on Beauty Banter. I just got my email. They say they couldnt get inventory. They gave me a Easy Pay on Request for 5 payments good for a year. I would rather have my AD. Ugh!!!

Mine was canceled; my shade was fair. Not only did they cancel the second shipment, but they cancelled the third as well.

Beats me why they think an ez pay on request is going to make up for not receiving something you ordered. I got one too. Instead of giving people a discount for their mixup, they give you something to get you to give them more money. Works for them I suppose.

PS: Mine was fair also. Don't know if there was an issue with shades. At this point I don't care. I actually called cs the last time they pushed the date back and they swore on a stack of bibles I was going to get my order before the end of the month. Thanks a lot, people.

I too was told by Tarte that they were shipping more product to QVC ""in a few days"" that was Jan3. Now cancelled and the third. Does anyone know if those who received their 2nd shipment will receive the third or were they cancelled also?

Cs was rude, uninformed and unhelpful. I find they really know very little and are not the sharpest tools in the shed.

I wondered that too Caramon, when all this started back in Dec. I asked the question if it was the shade and someone answered that they ordered the same as I did...Light. The 3rd eye shadow palette is nice. Not my favorite. I really wanted the 2nd palette in the AD. I'll order it from Ulta. I really don't need the other products in the kit anyway. Just wanted it for the palette and I was going to gift the 3rd palette to a friend. Oh well!

I ordered light and I did receive the 2nd shipment and so far I am not canceled from the AD. I did NOT pre order through the insider. I am wondering if that is what it is??
