TSV telling us two different ways to apply

I just read the TSV on QVC.com and it said wash first, concentrate next then serumn.

But Leslie said serumn first then concentrate. so which is it after washing?

Also, do we still need a mositerizer after this or is this enough? I have been waiting to hear that and no one has mentioned it.

Please someone read this and tell us what we need to know at the 8pm show tonight?
