I checked my account today and my tsv is now set for auto delivery!!!!!! Woohoo It says my next shipment is in june. If I decide to switch to a different formula how far inadvance should I call?I would call now so that you don't forget. If you know you want to change, there's no point in waiting.
I have five or six A-D plans at QVC. So to make sure that I don't overlook anything, I review my A-D plans every two months to make sure nothing slips between the cracks (e.g. Jan 1st, March 1st, May 1st, etc). I just take a look at my status and make any adjustments necessary. My A-D shipments are spaced a minimum of three months apart, so if some of your A-D plans ship every 60 days then you might want to do a quick check every month. -- This method means that I don't receive any surprise shipments. 
Soon after I receive a Wen TSV, I figure out what core products I think I will want for the next two shipments. Then I call customer service and make the changes. If I think I want to increase upcoming orders I also do it at this time. It helps QVC to know, in advance, about any possible increase in quantity for upcoming A-D orders (a few years ago they were caught short on a Wen A-D shipment).
This way I've got myself covered. I can always call customer service back and revise the upcoming A-D shipments.

It did give me the option to change to auto delivery on the 15th and I did select to change it but I didn't see the change and that is when I did the chat with customer service. The option disappeared after I had clicked it. I did call customer service back today and she said the rep I spoke with on Saturday had emailed the auto delivery people directly and it takes 10 days for them to do anything! 10 days! :-( She did however tell me it would defiantly be changed to auto delivery. Not sure how confidant I feel about that though.... This shouldn't be so stressfulI would keep checking your order page- because I know in the past if something had an option for A-D but was ordered as a one-time delivery. There will be some wording that says would you like to change to A-D?? I am not sure the actual number changes but go to the Auto delivery plan and see if it appears there. Maybe...
Oh Edit I should add- but alas things might have changed...
okay- I see. I know we used to be able to change flavors on the A-D plan also- but now one has to call CS to make that change- so I wasn't sure... hopefully you will receive your confirmation shortly and all is good.
off topic from the original post, but anyway....I always change around the scent on my AD orders. Just to CYA though...I never call them. I ALWAYS send an email with my order and item # asking to change the scent or the qty of an AD whether it be for just 1 shipment or all the AD deliveries coming up. Their customer service is awesome at responding back to my emails...typically within just a few hours letting me know they put the change through. I do it this way so I have it in writing from QVC stating that they made the change so if something gets messed up I have the emails to fall back on.
Oh that's smart! I'm not sure if I really want to change my scent yet. yes simollie- that is smart! I guess I should have said call or contact because doing it via email at least you have a written verification of the change. Actually I haven't made any changes in almost two years but at that time I just did it by phone.
Also bichon emma- you could wait and see to when Chaz is back in April and if there are any good deals to be had that might include any flavor you want to try. But just know that some of the A-D plans will start shipping mid-May so I would definitely do it before then. And I absolutely know that feeling of wanting to try everything. ha

Read some of the reviews and see if it is something that may intrest you.

I have fine thin hair. I read the raving reviews and emailed customer service to swap my june shipment to bgt yesterday. They replied back by this morning and it was okOh that's smart! I'm not sure if I really want to change my scent yet. So far the pom has been working well and I'm don't know that I want to "rock the boat" but on the other hand I want to try everything lolI am not sure what type of hair you have, but I would recommend giving the Bamboo Green Tea formula a try because I think it is AMAZING and just when I thought WEN could not get any better BGT came along! Read some of the reviews and see if it is something that may intrest you.

I have long, fine, straight hair that is actually thick and the BGT gives me silky shiny hair that is so light and full of volume! The RTM is amazing as a refresher and nighttime sort of treatment! Anyway, please let us all know how you like it when you try it! I am thinking you will enjoy it.I have fine thin hair.
