TSV Pre-order

The pre-order is working again. I bought two the other day, but the rest of what I wanted to try was out of stock. Today, I was able to pick up the other three I wanted to try today, and considered buying the sixth (which is in stock, btw), but then remembered you can buy five on pre-order only.
