They didn't increase the price because of shipping. The last time the TSV kit was similar to this one, it included core scents. The rice-based CC, SC and RTM all cost more than the core scent products do.

There wasn't a full size RTM in the previous TSV. It was a purse/travel size. It was the run on the BGT in the previous TSV that had Chaz explaining that it was not going to be a core formula & that the price would be going up.
