I don't know how I missed this, but corporate saw my email about my "in limbo" shipment, made a personal call to me and left a message, issued a new shipment (hence the double order I saw online), and apologized for the inconvenience. Very nice! And it is OFD for today.

The CS person I spoke to was of no help at all but corporate stepped in and made it OK. I think it would still be in limbo land without some special attention. Thank you Corporate!
