Hi ladies! I have a question about TATCHA, I used Tatcha for years-

then for a short time switched to something else and wasn't happy.

I ordered the duo TATCHA serum and cream from QVC. But I am disappointed.

The lovely fragrance in both serum and cream is GONE! They don't smell bad --just not the same. I don't know if they changed the formula.

I went to the TATCHA website--that's not the same either. There used to be a telephone number to call (which I did quite a few times) Very nice customer service.

NO MORE! not even a chat !

Has anyone else had a problem with TATCHA!

TIA

I just went back to using Tatcha products after trying other brands and I am happy with results. There are 4 different ways to get in touch with the company. Go to skincare consultations and it will direct you to email, live chat, video, etc. I do not know what you are referring to with your fragrance problem but maybe they will help. I feel the less scent the better. @bronxgal1

FYI; I got a new sale book in the mail from Ulta and they announced on the cover that they now carry Tatcha products.

Thank you @Janey2! I called TATCHA --they said they did not

change the formula!

So maybe it's me!--Thanks again!

It is my understanding that Unilever purchased Tatcha. Perhaps they did something different to the product you are using.

There is a chat and phone option.  Phone is 1-877-322-8633.

I am close to needing moe of the rice powder but haven't ordered anything recently.  I'll be disappointed if the light scent is gone.

Oh no. This usually means quantity over quality, and formulas change.  Smiley Frustrated

Thank you @monicakm! I did call customer service and they

told me there have been no changes in the formula.

But--I don't know-even the serum doesn't have that faint pleasant smell.

TATCHA will be on QVC Saturday January 18 at 8pm. So I will be watching to see if anything is mentioned that they changed any  products.

@bronxgal1

I'm almost out of the exfoliating powder but I buy mine on eBay.  I also use both the night and daytime moisturizers.
