A bit too pricey but I do like Tatcha products...but I must say as much as I like Janiper and she does a good job being product represtentaitve, I miss seeing Vicki present her own line. Same thing happened with IT and Philosophy - they ended up selling co to main cosmetic brand and lose quality. Please Vicki - we like to see YOU and want you to hold on to the company (unless already sold which is why we only see Janiper now).

Yes, it's been sold. I'm not sure if Vicki still has a role in the brand. I did pick up the night concentrate that was a special. I had been planning to get it from Sephora during the $20 off $100 purchase event, but this is a better deal, especially since it was on auto delivery.

I buy my camellia cleansing oil and rice enzyme powder on the bay- NIB.
Last purchase I saved about 50% off the QVC price.

Unfortunately, Vicky Tsai sold tatcha to Unilever in June 2019. Unilever has acquired several other cosmetics companies including, Dermalogica, Murad, Ren, Kate Somerville, Living Proof and Hourglass. That explains why we haven't seen Vicky and probably won't see her again. It's really unforunate.

@mimi moon Interesting that you mention Kate Somerville. I haven't seen her in a long time and I guess that's why. Drunk Elephant was sold also. To shiseido, I think. It's too bad when they put out a unique product and then let a big corporation take it over.

While it's unfortunate when these business owners sell their companies, it's understandable. With the amount of money their given to sell, I'd do the same. I'm wondering when the Beekman Boys and Josie will sell? It's only a matter of time.

I know nothing about the hosts on QVC but I'd like to say how much I'm LOVING my two Tatcha products that I bought 2-3 weeks ago. The rice wash soft cream cleanser and the dewy skin cream (mositurizer). Yes, pricey and I shouldn't have splurged on them! Now I'm wanting the Rice Polish...I'm trying to forget I ever saw it ![]()

Ditto. That is a part of the American Dream! If I built a company like IT or Philosophy or <<fill in the blank>> & it was so successful that I was offered multi-millions or even billions to sell, I would at least negotiate.
