TATCHA Reviews and Recommendations

I am recently becoming interested in the TATCHA line.  Would anyone using this line please give me your opinion of the products, and which products you find to be the most effective? And if you've used it before and didn't like it, that would be great to know, too.

Just hoping that you all have some good information to share.  Thanks in advance for any responses.

@12andcounting    The only TATCHA Product I have ever used in the  Serum Stick & Touch-Up Balm.   I like the way it moisturizes the under eye area.   I sometimes also use it over my concealer during the day to give it some extra moisture.

Me too @Boehm Collector, my only purchase has been the serum stick, which I do like.

@12andcounting - I use the Rice Polish every morning. I love it! It "wakes" face up. I use Regular. My skin is somewhat sensitive, but I use enough water to make it comfortable for my face. Even putting it on my skin relaxes me!

I've been using rice powder since I taught in Japan. When I returned home it was hard to find. For a while Fresh made one, but it was discontinued. I didn't like Bobbi Brown's version.

I use a few other Tatcha products too. The cleansing oil is nice, but I find others a little less expensive. I have used the Silk Canvas as  primer, but there are others less expensive that work well for me.

Overall, it's a good line. But I don't believe the ancient book gimmick. The one real geisha I met used Estée Lauder!   Smiley Happy

I use all the cleaners depending on season and what my skin needs. Best cleansers I ever used. I also like their sunscreen for the winter months. I do not care for any of their moisturizers. Sometimes I use their essence although I am not sure it does anything. If you are interested in trying any of their products you can purchase some in a mini size to try. Their website and Sephora carry some in the minis.

@Boehm Collector - I use Classic. And my dermatologist is OK with it! She would prefer every other day, but she said if it's really diluted it's OK. I work it into a cream in my palm, so there is no grittiness. Smiley Happy

I have tried some of their products with little to no results.  I dislike the rice powder ... could never rinse it all off.  I feel it's just another bogus line, story and all.

The Tatcha lip masks contain artificial dyes in it, for me that makes it a no no, I buy ones from Pacifica that are vegan and no dyes.

I was going to buy the serum stick a while back but when I compared a very similar product by Dr Denese, the Denese won out, lots of quailty wrinkle figtning skin care ingredients in there that the Tatcha one does not have. So, I find it is over priced hype.
