I would think (can't do that too often) for such a HUGE company the Q is that we would be getting a sample of something every time we get a package. The Q should require their vendors to "pop" a little more for the customer and not necessarily for just the hosts.

It would be most beneficial to get the products in the customers' hands thus generating more revenue than pushing sales on something someone is not familiar with.

Can you imagine that would actually cut down on the number of returns and maybe just maybe we would be "thrown a bone" as to a free ship day.

I know the Q sends samples out once in a blue moon but they should be in every package as I highlighted above.
