Anyone else noticing how slow qvc is to ship? I ordered two IT COSMETIC items and it took a week before they even shipped. Then when they finally arrived in California were transferred over to the post office from ups? I ordered some wen packets for my daughter last week and they still show in process. Maybe I'm just use to Amazon. But this is super slow in my opinion.

I agree. I ordered a food item on the immediate ship date. It stayed in processing for 5 days. When I called to ask why, I was told it wasn't due to be delivered until later in the month. Good luck to the people who ordered for the close to Easter date!

I used to request UPS when the shipping price was practically the same as USPS, now that there are a lot of $3.00 shipping items, they are always sent by post office and are very slow in delivering. Also seem to be "in process" for a longer period of time these days.

I only buy Wen from QVC and since I don't have many other options available I can't really worry about the time that it takes for them to ship. That being said, I think you can find better offers on beauty products and other items on other sites. Unless something is a tsv you don't always get a bargain from QVC.

I used to hate the "best shipping" option, which was what they used when there was some kind of deal (eg buy two, get one half off shipping, or free shipping). If I chose USPS, then I had to pay more than "best".

But since they brought in the $3/$5 shipping this year, everything has been post office all the way (not that stupid "mail innovations" thing where UPS start it off, then they transfer it to the post office for a extra day's delay).

I'm on the west coast and UPSPS is by far faster for me, from QVC warehouses on the east coast. Occasionally something originates over here, but that's rare, and it's still faster with the post office.

But yeah, we're spoiled by Amazon (who even have a deal with the post office to deliver on Sundays).

Yes, very slow. That is what happens with the 3.00 shipping, best standard delivery is slow, hate it

Yes, I agree! I ordered a food product 13 days ago. It showed "in process" for 3 days, then showed that it was shipped on 3/4, then today it shows that it was just shipped TODAY!!! I won't be ordering from them again until they rectify this shipping situation!

Fast shipping is the one advantage HSN has over QVC. HSN ships within a couple days and delivery is shortly after that, without paying extra shipping charges.

Yeah huge mistake ordering anything but a TSV and wen from qvc. Just no good deals here. Lol
