Super Fast Shipping

Okay, I have to commend Qvc and UPS for a SUPER fast ship on an AD. Billing info rec'd was on 11/3 and it was delivered today!!! Never have I had anything delivered so quickly!!

Maybe it makes up for the fact that my Tarte TSV (November Bow & Go) was completely lost and never delivered. Yesterday I called to let them know it was 6 days past EDD and it had never gotten past the 'Billing information Received' stage. Because it was a pre-order and the number was Sold Out she could not send me another one. Ummm.... the TSV has not even aired yet!! She was not going to offer any kind of compensation until I asked for it. Not stellar customer service on her part.

I will just be happy for the AD I got so quickly but was in no hurry to get.
