If everyone stopped buying products because the manufacturer did something unethically in the past, there would be no manufactured products to buy.
I looked at the FTC paperwork and it does look like she was caught faking reviews in the Sephora website starting 2015 and at least through 2018, which doesn't say much about her. The FTC filed a complaint in 2019 and made a determination against the company in Nov. 2020. It looks like the bad conduct was undisputable because they put their plan in writing. The determination put the company on a tight leash.
If her products improve my skin, I will buy them. The fact that she was caught and the tightness of the leash makes it unlikely it is continuing to happen. It has been at least 3 years since the order. I am sure she is being watched by hawks.
