Sunday Riley Auto-delivery

For the 4th time, after the initial presentations, Sunday Riley/QVC is not shipping autodeliveries. Each time one of mine comes due..."surprise", it is backordered and has yet to be fulfilled. After 2-3 different orders of this happening, what is the point of autodelivery? I have complained many times to a representative, but never hear from Customer Service of issues in fullfillment from the company. These orders come DIRECT from Sunday Riley I have noticed. You would think QVC would follow up after many months of this happening. Lesson learned!

There have been complaints about other beauty auto-delivery products being abruptly cancelled, both here and on the HSN boards (including from me).

No explanation is ever given.

I am guessing a problem in sourcing ingredients and continuing logistics issues resulting in unreliable delivery dates.

It does call into question the whole point of auto-ship orders.

@Hoping for the best. Sounds like they may be having problems getting ingredients. I've bheard of other places having this problem. Things in business and commerce are not as they used to be, and many companies have gone out of business for such problems.

LOL I had cancelled auto delivery after I returned the initial kit (I liked the quality but it was just too strong for me). Well, I made sure future shipments were cancelled but twice I got emails stating they were shipping. Luckily I was able to cancel in time.
