Has anyoine noticed that Sunday Riley is not fulfilling the autodeliveries?  I have been waiting on one product (originally purchased in Jan) and I have yet to receive the March shipment only to find out it is on backorder from QVC.  This is not the first time this has happened from Sunday Riley.  Wish there was some QVC customer service guru who would manage all these autodeliveries or don't offer AD if it cannot be fulfilled.

I'm really sorry this happened to you.  I know just how frustrating it can be, especially when you're counting on something being there.

This happened to me with a Philosophy AD last Spring.  I was expecting my next shipment scheduled for June, but it never arrived.  I did get a letter saying the AD couldn't be fulfilled so they were cancelled my order!  UGH!

i actually cancelled my shipment for this month.....i am on auto delivery for the good genes/vitamin c set. i have enough in my stash at the moment. my next delivery is scheduled for  july now.
